Notes:

The benefits of learning a musical instrument stretch far beyond grade exams. It makes you a better listener, improves your reading and verbal skills and refines your working memory. It also makes you better at managing anxiety and helps to boost your self-confidence. With mental health finally being given the attention it deserves, there has never been a better time to add music to your life.
