Notes:
I offer friendly music tuition from a well equipped music studio located in Four Oaks. There is an emphasis on enjoyment and learning music that appeals to you - I believe that learning an instument should never have to be a chore, so lessons are tailored to each individual pupils' likes. I am familiar with a wide repertoire of music, and can enter into ABRSM exams if you wish.
I have a 100% exam pass rate, with over 90% of pupils gaining merit or distinction. I have helped pupils prepare for both GCSE and A-Level performances, but equally enjoy teaching people who are just playing for fun.
I hold pupil concerts bi-annually, which gives all of my pupils the chance to meet other musicians, and perform infront of a friendly audience. Regular ensemble workshops take place for all abilities, which are a great way to improve your musicianship, whilst making new friends.
I am a registered Music Medals Assessor, and believe that these informal assessments are a great stepping stone for younger children before taking the ABRSM grades.
Spaces are available both daytime and evenings on weekdays, and ensemble rehearsals are held weekends.
I have instruments available to hire, subject to availability.
All ages welcomed!
