I have been teaching saxophone, piano and music theory since 2009 to pupils as young as 8 to university students, both casually and to those working towards ABRSM exams.

I was educated at the University of Bristol where I graduated with first class honours in music. I studied saxophone performance and composition, and was awarded the Bristol University Undergraduate Composers Prize for my electroacoustic works.

I have performed and recorded saxophone with various artists and groups over the last 10+ years, including as a session and touring saxophonist for Stornoway, performing with them at numerous venues and festivals including Glastonbury and Bestival. Whilst at Bristol I also performed regularly with the Bristol University Jazz Orchestra and the New Music Ensemble. Between 2000 - 2004 I sang as part of the Magdalen College Choir on the grammy nominated 'With a Merry Noyse', Paul McCartney's 'Ecce Cor Meum', and the BBC's 'Blue Planet' documentary series.

I perform saxophone, keys, live electronics and electric guitar for Lunacre, with whom I have toured and recorded with, and work for the charity Finding Rhythm's where I facilitate music workshops for prison inmates.

I am available during the day and evening on both weekdays and weekends, and am willing to travel if necessary.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you!
