I am a fully qualified musician with many years' experience of performing and teaching. I teach both privately and in schools, and am happy to teach a broad age range: age 5 to adult for piano, and age 7 to adult for violin. With piano, I am happy to teach complete beginners through to Grade 8 standard, and for violin I can teach beginners up to Grade 5. I am perfectly happy to take you through the traditional exam syllabuses and help you work towards targets, or if you are looking just to have fun and take a more relaxed approach I am equally happy to devise lessons for you in that format.
