Notes:

I am a friendly, fun and enthusiastic teacher, welcoming students of all ages and abilities.

I aim to give students a rounded understanding of music by incorporating topics such as piano technique, tone creation, harmony/theory, aural, improvisation, history, and sight reading into the lessons. Perhaps most importantly, though, I try to give context/practical applications to this content � something I feel is often overlooked!

I studied classical piano at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and have experience performing with a large variety of ensembles in lots of different music styles. I have played at a large number of public and private events at venues including The Lighthouse Poole and Octagon Theatre Yeovil, as well as live on BBC radio.
