I started violin with the the Suzuki method from a very young age and went to a specialised music school in the UK. I was taught by renowned Russian violin pedagogues as well as learning from many prominent musicians around the world.

In my own teachings, I apply a combination of difference schools of violin technique to form a more personal, yet structured methodical approach to both beginners and more advanced levels.

Apart from the standard violin repertoire and performances, I also specialise in historically informed performance, focusing on Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods. This versatility has led me to join the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment as a member and the English Baroque Soloists directed by Sir John Eliot Gardiner. I am also a frequent guest-leader/director for orchestras across the UK and Europe.

I am a very caring teacher and I will do my absolute best to help and encourage my students to achieve their goals. Also, I like to make sure each lesson is focused, inspired, and full of joy as music making should be!
