Notes:
I have been teaching now for over 10 years, and have an extensive record of excellent results.
I teach over 20 hours a week between schools and private teaching in addition to performing for orchestras, in the West End in shows such as "The Phantom of the Opera", "Matilda" and "The Lion King", and with my String Quartet, the Stretto Quartet.
I strive for technical excellence in my students, but always aim to make the process enjoyable for all concerned.
I am happy to teach students either with or without a parent present, however I have found that having a practice helper in lessons makes the time between lessons more effective.
I like to use technology as much as possible in my teaching, using several games and other apps to help with learning, and uploading videos to YouTube to help with practice.
I like to start my students young (from age 4 up), but am also happy to teach older starters and take on those who have previously learned with other teachers.
