My Daughter had taught herself the basics of playing the guitar and wanted to get a guitar teacher to help her improve her technique and skill. Since starting with David we have seen a vast improvement in her technique which has led to her playing more and developing new ideas and songs that she couldn’t have done before. During the first few lessons David has meticulously and clearly explained the lesson landscape and worked systematically through the various topics and methods taking time to ensure the information is understood and I think this is so important. David varies the topics and teaching methods so a broad range of techniques are being covered. David is a very talented and enthusiastic teacher with real passion for what he does. We have since booked our second batch of 10 lessons with him and this is a testament and reflection of how happy we are with us teaching style and the improvements I’ve seen in my daughters playing ability.

David is an Incredible teacher; he is skilled at explaining musical concepts, teaching different styles, and explains excellent methods for retaining information. After learning solo for around 2-3 years I found myself in a slump where I was no longer enjoying my guitar, David has helped me fall in love with playing my guitar again. I could not recommend it enough to anyone who has previously not had lessons.
