Notes:

My focus is to guide, inspire, encourage and support students from the absolute beginner right through to the musician who may be very advanced in playing and experience to whatever goal they may have within music and to help them achieve this and more.

Learning a musical instrument can be rewarding and fun. Whatever age you are or whatever style of music you enjoy it's never too early or late to start.

It is also very good for your brain in that it provides the cause for building new neural connections and therefore developing a bigger, cleverer brain.

Learning an instrument is not just fun, it's also a great way to unwind from the stresses of work, school and home life as it offers a bit of 'me time' then, as you develop, playing music can bring new opportunities and new friends into your life.

I can provide an instrument for the duration of the lesson for a small charge for those wanting tuition prior to purchasing their first bass.

You could be looking for a fresh perspective on your improvising or you're finding your voice with your instrument and need guidance in other areas like the search for inspiration, original ideas or a new direction.

Or maybe you want to further your harmony and rhythm rather than your playing techniques.

Or... you just want to learn the Bass because you think it's cool.... Which it is!
