Robert Woolley gave a recital of music connected with the first Hanoverian monarchs, played on a harpsichord made for Frederick, Prince of Wales in 1740 by Burkat Shudi, which now belongs to the Royal Collection of
Her Majesty the Queen.

The programme included works by
Handel, Pescetti, Paradisi and Arne.

The recital forms part of the exhibition:
The First Georgians: Art & Monarchy 1714-1760.
