PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ON NEW STUDENTS.

Thank you for your interest.

I am a professional musician and music graduate with years of guitar teaching experience.

I have experience teaching popular and classical guitar to a wide age range - from 6 to 65 - and I tailor lessons to each individual student, focusing on their individual areas of interest to keep them motivated and making progress. I can guide students through the grades syllabus or not, and have plenty of experience teaching beginners from scratch.

I have worked in primary and secondary schools, taught through several Council Music Services, and worked extensively with students with mild to severe special educational needs.

I'm currently doing a masters in music composition and offer tuition in music theory, composition and songwriting which can be integrated into instrumental lessons or taught on their own.

My lessons have a creative focus - always applying what is being learned to a creative activity, just as you wouldn't learn to read without also learning to write. This is particularly beneficial for developing musicality in young students.

I am able to travel around London, and am fully DBS checked and insured.

If you have any questions please do get in touch.
