Notes:

I first gave violin lessons whilst still studying at the Royal College of Music, London. After college I worked with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and then back to freelance back in London. I have since played with many orchestras including The Philharmonia, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Mozart Players and many other symphony and chamber orchestras. I have also worked extensively for the Royal Shakespeare Company and played in many West End Shows. Whilst being a busy freelance player, I always tried to find time to teach and to pass down the benefit of my own learning and performing experiences. I taught at St Olave's in Orpington, Junior Trinity, privately at home and occasional covering for others. I teach according to needs, so an individual approach for each student. I also encourage to perform at all stages, whether with simple exercises or advanced pieces. I understand, and remember, the difficulties of learning to play musical instruments which helps to create a rapport with my pupils.
