I am very passionate about teaching. I have experience teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, ranging from complete beginners to advanced levels. Tailoring the lessons to cover the students personal strengths and weaknesses is a crucial part of learning. Playing an instrument should be enjoyable and rewarding. Therefore it is important to have a balance between fundamental technique and repertoire. I believe that curiosity is one of the fundamentals of learning and that everyone should be able to enjoy music, no matter what their background is.
