Notes:
I am currently an undergraduate student at the Royal College of music studying bassoon with Julie Price (BBC Symphony Orchestra) and Martin Gatt (formerly London Symphony Orchestra).
I teach beginner to advanced level bassoon as well as beginner piano. Any age is welcome.
My musical experience includes playing in orchestras since the age of 12 and most recently playing principal bassoon with the Hull philharmonic orchestra.I have been successful in solo bassoon competitions, winning the East Coast Musician of the year in 2013 and 2014. I also play with the Royal College of Music orchestras where I am a recipient of an Ian Evans Lombe award.
I aim to create engaging, fun lessons in which students will learn good performing and musicianship skills and for them to continue enjoying playing great music!
