Notes:
Connor is a recent graduate of the University of Huddersfield majoring in performance teaching instrumentally in the in the Huddersfield area. Connor is able to teach any valved brass instruments from beginner to advanced to any age group and also encourage anyone who has taken a break and fancy getting back into it. Although classically trained Connor is more than capable of teaching in any style Furthermore, Connor currently play's Soprano Cornet for the Carlton Main Frickley Colliery Band, winners of the Yorkshire regional championship 2015. Connor has performed in prestigious concert halls across the country including the Bridgewater Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall and the Royal Albert Hall. In the process of becoming a professional musician, Connor has experienced the obstacles that must be overcome in order to play to a high standard. Understanding the difficulties young musicians face through personal experience allows Connor to be more aware and capable to assist others with the same issues. Connor believe's learning a musical should be a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and therefore I endeavor to teach engaging and interactive lessons that will inspire others to continue and improve their playing.
