Piers Sherwood-Roberts is a 27 year old English composer. He was classically trained at Salisbury Cathedral becoming head chorister in his final year. From 1999-2001 he was part of the group ‘Boys Air Choir’ in that time touring Japan and recording two albums at Abbey Road studios. He is also proficient at the cello but found his way into writing and composing through his love of the piano. Earning a degree in songwriting (BIMM) he is currently working on a classical choral E.p.
Piers has recently had the 1st ever play on at the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea where he wrote and recorded an original score for a 'Proud Haddocks' production of Shakespeare’s ‘Julius Caesar’ and has just completed a short film about the legendary shoemaker Manolo Blahnik with a feature film starting Rupert Everett in the title role set to commence shooting late 2014.
