I teach children aged 4+, and adults (beginners and returners) to perform at a very high standard in a fun and nurturing atmosphere. My students have the opportunity to participate in group lessons, and perform regularly, both in groups and in recital concerts throughout the year.

I also make sure my students acquire the skills necessary for entry into ABRSM and Trinity grade exams. Along with my Suzuki training, I hold violin teaching diplomas from both ABRSM and Trinity College London (with distinction), which gives me the unique opportunity to tailor a student's development path to meet their individual needs. I also hold a distinction for my MA in Instrumental Teaching (University of Reading).

I have undertaken Suzuki teacher training at Stevens Point, University of Wisconsin, USA, which is an internationally renowned institute for Suzuki teacher training.

I hold an Enhanced CRB disclosure check, have completed the NSPCC Child Protection Awareness course, and have signed up to MusicLeader's 'Code of Practice for Music Practitioners'. I have full Public Liability Insurance and am a member of Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM), European String Teachers Association (ESTA), Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA) and British Suzuki Institute (BSI).
