broad experience in teaching and performing as a soloist and as a member of chamber orchestra.
My teaching work has included posts as Piano Tutor for Centre of Advanced Training (CAT) at Sage Gateshead and Piano Tutor at Durham University Department of Music. I have been teaching privately for 11 years and I also have experience with a wide range of students whilst working in Barnard Castle School. Over the last 10 years I have been running my own experimental Music Academy which aims to bring excellence in piano performance.
I would be happy to help any level and any age students to enjoy the music and to inspire their imagination. Beginners of any age are welcome. Pupils are encouraged to sit any Board exams (ABRSM, Guildhall, LCM etc.) if they wish.
