Notes:

I am a very enthusiastic and energetic violinist who appreciates all types of music. I love helping others to develop their creative and technical musical skills.

I began to play the violin from the age of 7 at my hometown music school in Spain. Following my early years I continued studying music at the Conservatory of Almendralejo where in 2008 I earned my certificate in advanced music studies specialising in violin. Alongside studying the violin as a first instrument I studied piano, chamber music, harmony, history of music and music analysis. At the same time I also started to play the flute for a local band in my town. From an early age I developed a real passion for music, happily moving between instruments and styles of music.

In 2003, I won the ‘Young Conductors Prize’ on TVE (Spanish Public Television) and in 2008 I won first prize in ‘ VIII Young Musicians Performers Contest in Extremadura’.

Over the years I have been a violinist in various Youth Symphony Orchestras all over Spain, including in Extremadura, Galicia, Soria and Madrid. And I have also collaborated with numerous groups for chorus, pop and folk music.

Last month of June I got my BMus (Hons) , specialising in violin performance at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid (RCSMM). At the same time, I have been teaching music in various primary schools and to private students, and I also play in concerts with orchestras or my chamber music group.

Recently I composed a song with a flamenco touch. I recorded it at home with a photo camera..Please, Have a look at this link :

I have been teaching music since last 6 years. I worked as a private music teacher for students of all ages as well as for group of students in primary schools. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with a occupational therapist as a music assistant for disabled people.

I divide my music lessons in different areas to give the student a whole musical development. I teach violin technique, aural skills, music theory and creativity using musical expression with elements previously learned. Depending on your level and interests we can pay more attention to a specific area or music style. I can teach at your home.
