Notes:

I was born in 1994 in Italy and I came to the United Kingdom in 2013 to pursue my postgraduate studies first at the Royal Academy of Music in London and then at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff.

In June 2012 I successfully obtained my Bachelor of Music in violin performance from the Italian Conservatorio Luisa d'Annunzio in Pescara, my hometown. In September 2013 I entered the Royal Academy of Music in London where I studied with Simon Standage and Nicolette Moonen. While at the Academy, I founded my own baroque ensemble “Rinnovatori”, which was the winner of the Nancy Nuttall Early Music Prize in both 2014 and 2015 and with whom I performed at the fringe of the world’s leading early music festivals – Musica Antiqua (Bruges - Belgium) & Festival Oude Muziek (Utrecht - The Netherlands). In November 2014 I gave a recital at the London Bach Festival in St. George’s Hanover Square and in June 2015 I performed at the Lincoln Centre (New York City), New England Conservatory (Boston) and St. Thomas Church (Leipzig) with the Royal Academy of Music and Juilliard School joint baroque orchestras and choirs. I have played in masterclass taught by Rachel Podger, Stefano Montanari, Margaret Faultless, Laurence Cummings, Robert Levin, Elizabeth Wallfisch, Peter Holtstag, Daniël Brüggen, Chi-chi Nwanoku, James Johnstone, Anton Steck, Peter Spissky, Sirkka-Liisa Kaakinen-Pilch and many others. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in July 2016, I decided to pursue my dream of studying with world-leading baroque violinist Rachel Podger and therefore in September 2016 I enrolled at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama as a Postgraduate Diploma student in historical performance. After a very intense year I graduated with distinction in July 2017. As a very busy freelancer, I am having opportunities to play and collaborate with many leading period instruments groups in the UK and abroad and I feel at home in all kind of environments such as chamber music, orchestra and solo.

I have been teaching for many years now, mainly privately but occasionally also through schools. I have led educational projects with children and teenagers and prepared students for music exams too.

I am really passionate in helping people reaching their own goals. I would be a great pleasure to be sharing my violin and general music experience with anyone in a very enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. Music must be always fun! :)
