Notes:
I am a freelance professional musician who enjoys teaching students of all ages.
Lessons every week or once a month, it's up to you.
I also coach ensembles, run workshops and improvisation sessions.
I teach small children through to adults. Absolute beginners to Music College Students.
I teach theory of music in all of my lessons, but don't worry, I make it really fun and even the most reluctant of theory learners soon start to enjoy learning and understanding the rules of music.
I have a particular interest in helping people with learning differences. I am dyslexic myself and can often see a different way around a problem that others can't. It also means that I understand difficulties and the anger/frustration that these can lead to.
I teach from home (Hayle) or can travel if required to Penzance, Helston, Camborne, Redruth, Truro, Falmouth and Newquay.
I am happy to teach online via Zoom, Google Meets, FaceTime etc. I currently teach students online in the UK, Germany & Australia.
