Notes:
I have more than 10 years experience of teaching, mainly teaching at Leeds College of Music, and all levels ranging from Community Education to Masters Degree level.
But I have also been teaching privately for a number of years, and presented workshops and masterclasses in many countries.
I have been teaching vocals in a range of different styles, as well as jazz and pop ensembles, music theory, composition, aural skills and improvisation.
The lessons will be tailored to individual needs and wishes and can focus on a range of things like technique, repertoire, improvisation, performance techniques, microphone technique, experimental vocal techniques, musicianship skills and song writing.
Regular lesson could take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Prices are as follows:
1 hour - £30/£25 (unwaged)
5 hours bulk payment - £135/£115
10 hours bulk payment - £260/£220
30 minutes - £18/£15
5#30 mins bulk payment - £80/£70
10#30 mins bulk payment - £150/£130
Consultation/single lessons can be booked at short notice, and can last for as long as is required by the individual. Price for extended lessons to be agreed on individual basis.
I teach from my home in Armley, West Leeds and I can offer a well equipped teaching space in a welcoming environment.
