I am a classically trained baritone, musician and educator who loves to share the joy of music and of singing. My musical experience is diverse, with a singing career that spans opera, song, musical theatre and jazz. I strive to help students build a healthy vocal technique, find their voice and explore music, text and character. I believe that singing builds your confidence and gives you new ways to see the world through music!

Alongside singing, I play the saxophone and ukulele, which instruments I can introduce to those who would like to learn. I also enjoy teaching music theory, composition and songwriting.

I am a BMus graduate of the University of Manchester and Masters student at the Royal Northern College of Music. As an operatic performer, I have sung on stage for the Buxton Festival Opera and Opera Della Luna, among others. When out of character, I have played and sung with a jazz trio, big bands, sung in a barbershop quartet, a choral quintet and world music ensembles. I love to have and share new musical experiences!

If you're looking to try something new, or to continue on your musical journey, I would be delighted to hear from you.
