Guitar classes, guitar tuition and music theory lessons in Belfast starting September.

Guitar class is aimed at beginners (7-14yrs) with 4-8 students per class. Students will discover the basics of the instrument and learn to play modern pop songs together.

Individual lessons for intermediate/advanced players of any age. Teaching RSL, Trinity, RGT grades 1-8 as well as rock, jazz and fingerstyle.

RSL popular music theory classes. For musician's who want to develop their knowledge of theory in a way that is relevant and applicable to their instrument/practice. Earn extra UCAS points at grades 6, 7 and 8.

Guitar class: £6 per student (45 mins)
Individual tuition: £16 (30 mins)
Popular Music Theory: £8 per student (60 mins)

***Lessons are held in established music schools either on the Lisburn Road (BT9) or in Ballyhackamore (BT5)***

Gary is a lecturer in music at Belfast Met and a PhD researcher in Music at Ulster University. He is a founding member of US-based record label Fretmonkey Records and runs the Belfast Guitar Night. In 2015 he won Sky TV's Guitar Star competition and has since toured with Thomas Leeb, Nitin Sawhney, Newton Faulkner and many others.
