Notes:
I am an enthusiastic teacher and performer offering lessons in flute, music theory, jazz voice, recorder and piano. I have been teaching for 6 years, both in schools and privately, all ages from 5 through to adults. I will guide you to achieve your goals, and help you develop solid technique, engage your creative voice, use your body in a balanced way, and explore a wide range of repertoire and genres. I plan my lessons to suit your interests and individual pace. Most importantly, I want you to have fun with your music making!
I studied Classical Flute (and Piccolo) at Prague Conservatoire and Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and have performed internationally as an orchestral and chamber music player. I am currently pursuing my postgraduate studies in Jazz Flute at Guildhall. I also enjoy singing, composing and song-writing.
I teach at my home studio, but am willing to travel to your place. I may ask you to cover my travel expenses depending on distance (to be agreed in advance).
I can conduct my lessons in English, French or Czech.
I am DBS (formerly CRB) checked.
