Biography

I am a musician based in Hampshire with extensive experience in music education. I am extremely passionate about teaching and strive to provide every one of my students with the best start in their musical journey.

In 2017 I completed a First Class Honours Degree in Jazz from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I teach Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Piano and Music Theory to students of all ages and abilities. I currently work with the DaCapo Music Foundation teaching the Kodaly method in several UK primary schools. I have spent the last five years teaching instrumental lessons to all ages and abilities. I run courses on music college auditions at some of the UK's most prestigious music schools as well as teaching undergraduate students at distinguished UK conservatoires.

I perform frequently across the UK and internationally; I have recently performing at Ronnie Scottís Jazz Club, The Shard, Buckingham Palace, Etihad Stadium and the Royal Albert Hall. In 2019 I was listed as "One to Watch" in Jazzwise magazine, and I am currently endorsed by SYOS music.

I am happy to discuss the studentís needs to tailor each lesson to the individual. Lessons can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.

I have an up to date enhanced DBS Certificate.
