Notes:

I have taught extensively in the UK and India, and have experience teaching from all the major exam syllabuses (LCM, ABRSM, Trinity, Rock School). I teach: cello, piano, keyboard, guitar (classical, electric, and bass), violin and viola. I can also teach academic music, including research methods, essay writing skills, and topics to GCSE, A level, and undergraduate music students. As a performer I have been involved with a wide range of genres, ranging from renaissance music to contemporary classical music, as well as popular styles.

Recent successes include teaching the principal cellist of the Wolverhampton Youth Orchestra (WYO), who has now been accepted to study at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and performed a concerto with the WYO in 2015.

I am also available for accompaniment work.

I am based in York and Wolverhampton.
