Notes:

I am a Brazilian musician passionate about music since my early ages. I started my musical studies in the social project NEOJIBA based on the Venezuelan learning system called El Sistema, where students would teach and share their knowlegde with one another in order to progress together as a group. Making music in collaboration with other people was always something natural and enjoyable for me.

As a soloist I have won awards such as the Sao Paulo Symphony Young Soloists in 1st place, the Eleazar de Carvalho Prize, the Almeida Machado Prize, Sao Paulo Municipal Music School Young Soloists, Royal College of Music Concerto Competition in 3rd place and was also a finalist in the Stockport International Music Competition.
I have performed with a couple of the best orchestras in the world including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Sao Paulo Symphony. I have also performed with the Royal College of Music Symphony and Philharmonic Orchestra, Sao Paulo Symphony Youth Orchestra, Picadilly Sinfoni and Hastings Philharmonic. Furthermore, I had the wonderful opportunity to have masterclasses with great names of the oboe world such as Heinz Holliger, Albrecht Mayer and Christian Wetzel, among others.

Apart from NEOJIBA, I have taken a teaching module in the Royal College of Music and also co-leaded a music workshop in a primary school which has increased my desire for teaching. It was a lovely experience where I could explore my flexibility as a musician and it has taken my communication skills to another level. I developed a pedagogical view and created an awareness of what it requires to teach children apart from the psychological aspect behind it.

I look forward to have new pupils and offer them the knowlegde I have gathered for about 15 years in a healthy and supportive environment, exploring their self expression, musianship and confidence in performance.
