I am an experienced jazz piano teacher, musician and graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. I have taught pianists, ensembles and classes of all ages and ability levels, including beginners, conservatoire students and professional musicians. Many of my long-term students have been awarded places with scholarships at leading UK conservatoires and universities. I have taught at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama Junior Conservatoire and the Bristol Cathedral Choir School.

I have ten years' international performance experience as a jazz pianist, playing with several celebrated jazz musicians including Geoff Simkins, Martin Speake, Dave Cliff, Nathaniel Facey and Mornington Lockett. I have performed for the European Parliament in Brussels, at Buckingham Palace, in Hollywood and at the Rochester Jazz Festival in New York. I have been awarded a medal from the Worshipful Company of Musicians and received a Yamaha Scholarship Award for Outstanding Jazz Musicians.
