I have recorded and toured extensively around the globe with bands such as ‘Bill Laurence group’, ‘Troyka’, Strobes', ‘Marius Neset’, ‘Squarepusher’ and many more.

Venues I have played include, Latitude Festival, Royal Festival Hall, Purcell Room, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club, Barbican main stage, Cheltenham Festival, the Sage Gateshead, Relentless Garage etc..

I am visiting drum professor at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and visiting drum teacher at the Westminster School. In 2015-2017 I was musician in residence at the Wellingborough school where I led a Music technology initiative. I also teach for Brent Council Music service. I have full CRB certificates.

Awards include; Parliamentary awards album of the year 2014, BBC Radio 3 Jazz Line up band of the year 2008, Gilles Peterson Radio 1 Maida Vale session of the year 2009.

Whilst my degree specialised in Jazz, I have studied all musical styles and am able to offer an all-round drum education with a clear focus on technique. I have experience of preparing students for a range of examinations, including Rock School grades and KS4 and KS5 examination coursework.

I teach at my home studio in Cambridge and also hold remote Skype lessons.
