Notes:

I am an experienced and highly qualified violin and viola teacher, with more than ten years of private and school teaching experience preparing students for exams, competitions, scholarships, preparations and entrance auditions. As a professional musician, it's very important for me to work as a teacher and to be able to nurture the skills and talent of young musicians.

I am also a regularly performing musician and play in many different chamber music groups and orchestras. My experience includes performances at the Royal Albert Hall in London, The Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Kennedy Centre in Washington, Carnegie Hall in New York and Symphony Hall in Boston. I have worked with such conductors and soloists as Sir Colin Davis, Sir Simon Rattle, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Itzhak Perlman, Pinchas Zukerman and Yefim Bronfman.

Initially growing up and studying music in Latvia, I graduated with Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts from the Royal Academy of Music, London in 2013 and was also awarded the Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM) Teaching Diploma.
