Notes:
I've been playing the guitar for 26 years and have a host of experience recording and touring internationally. I am also proud to have played on the soundtrack to a musical short film which was nominated for a Scottish BAFTA 2011 for best soundtrack.
I have been teaching in my current location for about 14 years and have also worked for 2 year in a local private school. I offer guitar and electric bass tuition via Zoom and Skype (home visits will commence when government guidelines safely allow)
I am happy to teach most styles and abilities on the guitar (please enquire for more details). On the bass I teach Rock and Blues.
Whether you're just starting and want to learn to strum along to your first song in a relaxed and friendly environment or you've being playing for a while and want know how to improve your ability to improvise over your favourite tunes. Get in touch to discuss your options.
For the more academic students (for example studying for school exams) grades and comprehensive study of music theory based around your instrument is also available to help you on your way to entering exams with confidence.
